BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

You will collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel to review NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts, and you will monitor compliance through certifications, representations, and ongoing reporting.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements.
• Experience with government contracts and grants regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with OGC on legal reviews and risk determinations.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and selects contract vehicles and grant vehicles based on growth strategy, risk and compliance implications.
• Coordinates NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Monitors ongoing reporting, renewal, and administrative requirements of active contract and grant vehicles.
• Reviews RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for compliance and coordinates with OGC for legal review.
• Develops responses to representations, certifications, terms and conditions, and exception summaries.
• Analyses key clauses, including FAR, DFARS, and GSA terms, and provides compliance assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Liaises with government contracting officers during the proposal phase.
• Leads strategy development for new market entry, contract and grant expansion, and partnership models from a compliance perspective.
