Job summary

TRDI Incorporated seeks a Project Manager responsible for overall contract management and as the official Government liaison. The PM can commit resources and must have the skills to manage all contract aspects, including quality, safety, budget, and scheduling, while ensuring regulatory compliance and security requirements.

Requires OSHA 30, strong communication, delegation, and leadership. Candidates should have high school/GED and 5 years of leadership in multi-location settings; government

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 hour General Industry or ability to acquire within 30 days.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with teams.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and develop team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of contracts/government work.
  • Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations to ensure work aligns with contract.
  • Ensure compliance of TRDI employees, subs, and vendors with regulations.
  • Serve as official point of contact with Government for contract matters.
  • Manage quality control and safety programs per requirements and regulations.
  • Oversee contract budget and efficiency review processes.
  • Schedule personnel, approve time cards, and manage inventory and vehicles.
  • Set expectations, coach employees, and implement process improvements.
  • Execute employee performance evaluations through payroll system.
  • Ensure standard safety practices and provide required training.
  • Maintain AbilityOne ratio through scheduling of disabled vs non-disabled hours.
  • Complete quarterly AbilityOne reports and coordinate medical documentation.
  • Facilitate AbilityOne interview process and related documentation.
  • Execute reports, inspections, and logs as required by contract.
  • Provide field information to prepare estimates for changes to the contract.
  • Other tasks as directed by Director of Operations.
  • Pass and maintain required security clearance; comply with Drug Free Workplace.
  • Maintain OPSEC standards and GFP/property control plan.
  • Maintain safety/health program per EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain APP per Appendix A, EM 385-1-1.
