Job summary

Training, Rehabilitation, & Development Institute, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead contract oversight and coordinate Government-facing activities. You will ensure compliance, manage budgets and scheduling, and drive performance improvements across multi-location teams.

The role requires strong communication, leadership experience, and the ability to obtain security clearances as needed. On-site work in Meridian, MS with weekend/holiday availability as required.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED
• 5 years relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment
• Government service contract experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure contract requirements are met
• Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with all contractual requirements and regulations
• Serve as the point of contact with the Government and act on contract matters within scope
• Maintain Quality Control and Safety Program per contract and regulations
• Manage the contract budget and review processes for efficiency
• Schedule personnel, review time cards, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment
