Job summary

Training,-Rehabilitation- seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee a government contract, coordinating resources and schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards. The PM will act as the official liaison with the Government and ensure all contractual obligations are met across operations.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, evaluating performance, and driving process improvements to optimize efficiency and outcomes under the AbilityOne framework.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to delegate and develop team members
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Make decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure contract compliance
• Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors meet contract requirements
• Serve as point of contact with Government for contract matters
• Manage Quality Control and Safety Program per regulations
• Oversee contract budget and process efficiency
• Schedule personnel, approve time cards, manage inventory of supplies/equipment
• Conduct performance evaluations via payroll systems
• Provide training on safety and equipment operation
• Monitor AbilityOne Ratio and related reporting
• Lead AbilityOne interview process and coordinate medical documentation
