Job summary

TRDI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contract operations and serve as the official Government contact. The PM will coordinate resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage budgets and schedules. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualified candidates will have OSHA 30 certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience managing multi-location teams in a government service context. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 General Industry certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop team members.
  • Ability to delegate and manage under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and business acumen.
  • Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure work aligns with the contract.
  • Ensure compliance of TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors with all requirements and regulations.
  • Serve as the Government point of contact and authorize actions within scope.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Safety programs per contract and regs.
  • Manage contract budget and review processes for efficiency.
  • Schedule personnel, review time cards, and manage inventory.
  • Set expectations, provide coaching, and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct Employee Performance Evaluations in the payroll system on time.
  • Ensure safety practices and provide training for equipment, supplies, and procedures.
  • Monitor AbilityOne ratios and manage related reporting.
  • Facilitate AbilityOne interview processes and coordinate medical documents.
  • Prepare reports, inspections and logs as required by the contract.
  • Support estimates for new or removed work on the contract.
  • Assist Director of Operations with other tasks as directed.
