Job summary

TRDI Incorporated in Meridian, Mississippi, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contract operations and serve as the official point of contact with the Government. You will coordinate resources, manage budget and schedules, and ensure compliance with all contract requirements and regulations.

  • OSHA 30 hour General Industry certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations to ensure work is performed per contract.
  • Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with contract requirements and regulations.
  • Act as Government point of contact with authority to decide on contract matters (excluding material amendments).
  • Maintain Quality Control and Safety Program per contract requirements and regulations.
  • Manage contract budget and review efficiency of processes.
  • Schedule personnel, review time cards, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Set employee expectations, provide coaching, and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct Employee Performance Evaluations through payroll system on schedule.
  • Enforce safety practices and train on equipment use and SOPs.
  • Monitor AbilityOne Ratio of disabled vs non-disabled hours.
  • Complete quarterly AbilityOne reports for each employee.
  • Facilitate AbilityOne interview process and coordinate medical documentation.
  • Execute required reports, inspections and logs for the contract.
  • Provide field info and specs to prepare estimates for changes to the contract.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Director of Operations.
  • Pass and maintain required security clearance; comply with Drug Free Workplace policy.
  • Maintain OPSEC procedures and GFP control.
  • Maintain a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan as per EM 385-1-1.
