Job summary

TRDI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a government contract, acting as the official liaison with the Government. The PM will authorize resource commitments, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet contract needs.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure contract compliance.
• Serve as Government point of contact and authorize resource commitments.
• Maintain Quality Control and Safety Program per contract requirements.
• Manage contract budget, scheduling, and timekeeping across staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive process improvements.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and training as needed.
• Maintain OPSEC, GFP, and safety procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare field estimates and coordinate with Operations on new work.
• Coordinate AbilityOne initiatives and reporting requirements.
