Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with government capture, proposal, estimation and bid processes.
• Proven ability to design large-scale contact center architectures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead solution design for large, complex government pursuits.
• Oversee technical win themes and differentiators.
• Collaborate with capture managers and BD teams pre-RFP.
• Own technical volume development and integration with other volumes.
• Mentor architects and guide the team.
