Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex, high‑value government construction projects from planning through occupancy, overseeing scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with contractors and federal stakeholders.

The role provides technical leadership and requires deep knowledge of building systems, scheduling, cost estimation, and compliance with codes and safety standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and procurement strategies
• Serve as on‑site project manager, overseeing daily field operations and resolving complex issues
• Review and approve design documents, submittals, progress reports, and invoices
• Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and quality requirements
• Provide technical expertise across building systems and construction practices
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, acquisition staff, and customer agencies
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Maintain project documentation and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
• Travel to project sites for inspections and progress evaluations as needed
