Procurement Sciences is seeking a Customer Success-focused professional to own 40–50 GovCon accounts, driving adoption and value from our AI-driven platform. You will partner with an Account Manager to manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and contract talks, while leveraging cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in GovCon business development or related roles with compliance and recompete experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role responsible for outcomes.
• Ability to discuss adoption with senior leaders (Director/VP).
• Strong analytical skills with usage data interpretation.
• Excellent written communication in business contexts.
• Bachelor-level degree in Business/Communications or related field.
