Procurement Sciences AI seeks an experienced customer success professional to own 40–50 GovCon accounts, guiding adoption and value realization within capture and proposal workflows.

You will report to the Director of Customer Success and work with enterprise, mid-market, and SMB teams to build trusted relationships, manage health scores, and drive product improvements based on client feedback.

Competenze

• 5+ years in GovCon business development
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role responsible for someone else's outcome
• Comfort discussing adoption with directors or VPs
• Strong analytical instinct to read usage data
• Excellent written communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Own adoption and value realization for GovCon accounts
• Maintain health scores and surface risks early
• Build strong relationships with customers and partner with Account Manager
• Translate customer pain into prioritized product input for the Product team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and contribute to CS playbooks
