Job summary
Procurement Sciences Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager with a government contracting background to steer strategic direction and drive the AI-enabled platform.
You will work closely with the AI research team, manage agile product development, and engage customers to shape a robust product roadmap that delivers differentiated value in a fast-growing GovCon SaaS environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally GovCon.
- Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and Jira for planning and execution.
- Experience working with AI technologies and cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Tailor platform offerings to government contracting needs, leveraging RFP processes.
- Collaborate with AI research to integrate AI technologies into products.
- Engage customers to translate feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Prioritize features and roadmap items based on impact and resource availability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
