Job summary

Procurement Sciences seeks a seasoned GovCon Customer Success leader to own relationships for 40–50 mid-market accounts and drive adoption of our AI-driven platform. You’ll work with an Account Manager on renewals, upsell, and contracts, ensuring customers realize value and stay engaged.

You’ll collaborate across teams and report to the Director of Customer Success to help shape our CS playbooks and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years GovCon business development in roles like Proposal Manager or Capture Manager.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role responsible for outcomes.
• Comfortable discussing adoption with directors/VPs and renewal contexts.
• Strong analytical instincts; can read usage data to spot at-risk accounts.
• Excellent written communication; able to land messages on first try.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption and value realization for 40–50 mid-market GovCon accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Manager on renewals, upsell, and contractual discussions.
• Build credibility in GovCon and translate customer needs into product input.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and CS to drive continuous improvement.
