Job summary

VisibleThread, LLC is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise government contracting customers. You will own relationships, onboard new clients, and drive adoption of the RFP Intelligence Platform to deliver measurable gains in efficiency and compliance.

You will be the bridge between customers and our product/support teams, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience working in the GovCon industry would be beneficial.
• Strong program management, change management, and user adoption experience.
• Must be AI savvy and comfortable with learning a product deeply and explaining it simply.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with accounts and own relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Own $3M in ARR across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Onboard and train new customers and maximize value from VisibleThread.
• Drive product adoption to achieve measurable outcomes like efficiency gains and reduced risk.
• Serve as bridge between customers and product/support teams to resolve issues.
• Grow relationships by identifying renewal and upsell opportunities and collaborating with sales.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
