ASRC Federal is seeking a Business Development Senior Manager with Federal GovCon experience supporting base operations support (BOS) services for the Department of War (DoW) Defense Services. This position will report directly to a Vice President of Business Development and will partner with Operating Group leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and winning large-scale BOS contracts and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the

- Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in federal government contracting BD/Capture.
- Experience developing pipelines, NB budgets, and strategic plans for DoW BOS.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement strategy and large federal pursuits.
Responsabilidades
- Lead BOS account strategies and capture planning from identification to pursuit.
- Shape win strategies, competitive positioning, and customer engagement plans.
- Collaborate with delivery, pricing, and operations on solution development.
- Build relationships with federal customers, agency stakeholders, and partners.
- Develop and manage pipeline for long-term BOS growth and opportunities.
