Mira Home in Lindon, UT seeks a hands-on Google Ads leader to own the paid search stack end-to-end. You’ll craft a scalable multi-market structure, manage budgets, optimize CAC, and drive revenue with direct accountability. This is an on-site role reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads with direct ownership of strategy, budgets and results.
• Experience in pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping or other home services.
• Manage at least $100,000 a month in Google Ads and grow spend without losing efficiency.
• Hands-on Local Services Ads experience.
• Measurement skills: GTM, GA4, enhanced conversions, offline conversions and call tracking.
• Clear writing and plain explanations for leadership; strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Aufgaben

• Own Google Search and Local Services Ads across markets and expand to others.
• Build multi-location account structure as markets grow from 14 to 20+.
• Manage keyword strategy, match types, negatives, geo targeting, copy, bidding and scheduling.
• Run LSA in every market: verification, service categories, budgets and lead disputes.
• Forecast spend, leads, CAC, and move budget to where it pays off.
• Develop a repeatable playbook for launching new markets and test landing pages.
