Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead our Google advertising strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You will stay close to the work in-platform and coach teams on campaign structure, bidding, measurement, and growth.

This role requires solving complex account challenges and elevating the Google Ads capability of the broader team. You will lead strategy for Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, manage cross-account performance, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients (agency setting preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
• Proven track record of improving client outcomes and explaining decisions behind results.
• Experience teaching or mentoring others while continuing to run accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Ads strategy and hands-on management for Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across multiple client accounts and align decisions with business goals.
• Guide value-based bidding, enhanced conversions, and measurement gaps with partners.
• Develop testing plans and provide data-backed recommendations.
