Job summary

Mira Home in Lindon, UT is seeking a hands-on Google Ads leader to own search and Local Services Ads across markets, build scalable structures, and optimize budgets. You will drive CAC, revenue, and customer growth with direct accountability for spend and ledgers.

You will forecast spend and leads, manage keyword strategies, and coordinate with dev and data teams to improve measurement and outcomes. This is a full-time, on-siteMarketing role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with direct ownership of strategy, budgets, and results.
• Experience in home services or multi-location lead generation.
• At least $100,000 a month in Google Ads personally managed.
• Hands-on Local Services Ads experience.
• Measurement via GTM, GA4, enhanced conversions, offline conversions, and call tracking.
• Strong writing and ability to explain clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Search and Local Services Ads across every market and expand into related channels.
• Build a multi-location account structure for 14+ markets.
• Manage keywords, match types, negatives, geo-targeting, copy, bidding, and schedules.
• Run LSAs across markets: verification, service categories, budgets, disputes.
• Forecast spend, leads, customers, and CAC by market and reallocate budget.
• Create a repeatable playbook for launching new markets and test landing page improvements.
