Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Google Ads, PPC, or paid advertising.
• Advanced English (C1+).
• Experience managing campaigns for law firms, HVAC, roofing, or plumbing clients.
• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and mentor Paid Search Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Provide strategic recommendations and hands-on support when needed.
• Lead, mentor, and support Google Ads Specialists.
• Assign new client accounts and coordinate team workloads.
• Share updates, best practices, and optimization strategies.
• Improve internal workflows, processes, and team efficiency.
• Serve as senior point of contact for Google Ads clients.
• Manage client escalations and participate in performance review calls.
