Job summary

Mira Home in Lindon, UT, seeks a hands-on Google Ads expert to own our paid search and Local Services Ads across markets. You will build a scalable multi-location structure, manage budgets and bids, and ensure growth from 14 markets to 20+ while protecting brand terms.

Reporting to Marketing, you will collaborate with dev and data teams to implement tracking (GTM/GA4) and deliver measurement-driven decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads with direct ownership of strategy and budgets.
• Experience in pest control or home services is a plus.
• At least $100,000/month in Google Ads managed and grown without loss of efficiency.
• Hands-on Local Services Ads experience.
• Ability to measure with GTM/GA4, offline conversions, and call tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Search and Local Services Ads across markets and expand to other platforms.
• Build and maintain multi-location account structure for growth from 14 to 20+ markets.
• Manage keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, and ad scheduling.
• Run LSA across markets: verification, budgets, and lead management.
• Separate high-value demand (recurring plans) from low-value demand and protect brand terms.
• Forecast spend, leads, CAC by market, and reallocate budgets accordingly.
