Job summary

TestGorilla seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager (Google Ads) to own a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, spanning paid and organic channels. You’ll lead data-driven growth initiatives, build attribution models, and partner with Sales and RevOps to optimize CAC and ROAS in a remote-first environment.

You’ll bring deep Google Ads expertise, hands-on experience with HubSpot/GA4/AI tools, and a growth-marketing mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Must manage six-figure monthly Google Ads budgets (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Excellent English communication and async, remote-ready work style.
• Strong understanding of funnel economics and testing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own demand-gen across paid and organic channels.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels.
• Build source-of-truth reporting with dashboards and attribution models.
• Own landing pages, ad creative, and offers; run rapid, statistically-rigorous tests.
• Design automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align lead quality and pipeline.
