Qualifications

• Go production experience with backend services.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency in Go (goroutines, channels).
• Experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
• Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems experience.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Go backends.
• Build scalable, secure backend services and APIs.
• Translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in system architecture and design decisions.
• Develop REST APIs and gRPC services where applicable.
• Implement containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and reliability of services.
• Contribute to engineering standards and code reviews.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
