Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing team building backend services in Golang and frontend in React. You will work on scalable distributed architectures, design features, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Product and Support to deliver value.

You’ll lead projects, tackle challenging problems, and apply modern cloud patterns in AWS/Kubernetes. The role requires 7+ years of full-stack experience, REST APIs in Go, and strong coding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience building and serving REST APIs using Go (preferably) and Java/Python or similar.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-based architecture; familiarity with queues like RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools to boost productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design software applications and features in Golang and React.
• Help build out a distributed architecture at scale.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to design market-winning products.
• Develop and collect metrics to drive improvement of existing products.
• Deliver high-quality features that are testable and meet standards.
• Lead small development teams when needed and mentor teammates.
