Job summary

Net2phone is seeking a Senior Golang Software Engineer to join our AI Team and scale our AI Agent platform powering conversational experiences across voice, chat, and business workflow automation. You will design and expand core capabilities, build scalable APIs in Go, and integrate with LLMs and AI tools.

You will mentor engineers, drive reliability and performance, and lead initiatives to reduce technical debt while embracing modern cloud-native architecture and security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of Go ecosystem, concurrency, performance
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered apps with LLMs
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of platform capabilities for AI Agent product.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to maintenance.
• Architect and build scalable backend systems using Go and modern cloud practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into robust solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and best-practice leadership.
• Improve reliability, performance, security, and developer productivity.
• Reduce technical debt and modernize legacy components.
