Plaud Inc. is building the next generation of AI-powered interfaces for professionals.

We are seeking a backend engineer with strong Go expertise to design, ship, and operate high-concurrency inference services and developer APIs across multiple regions. You will own the stack from inference API design to model service integration, collaborate with the algorithm team, and engage with B2B customers to deliver on roadmap commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Go (Golang) proficiency.
• Experience shipping and operating AI/ML-serving backend services.
• Architecture for high-concurrency, low-latency platform services.
• Experience designing and shipping public-facing APIs or SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship batch transcription and streaming API services.
• Deploy and operate STT services across multiple regions, with on-call, monitoring, and SLO governance.
• Architect for high-concurrency, low-latency workloads with real-time streaming protocols.
• Serve as the main technical contact for B2B customers on API capabilities and timelines.
• Collaborate with the algorithm team on ASR model integration and developer platform roadmap.
