Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Missouri is seeking Experienced or Senior GNC Engineers to support design, development, integration and flight testing for air dominance programs including F-15, F/A-18, MQ-25 and T-7A.

Responsibilities include creating and validating GNC models, designing flight control laws, and conducting hardware-in-the-loop and live flight tests with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have strong MATLAB/Simulink experience and security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field (US or equivalent).
• 5+ years experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Guidance, Navigation and Control engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define GNC requirements and ensure traceability from system to component.
• Develop nonlinear 6-DoF simulation models using multidisciplinary data.
• Develop, test and integrate vehicle models and controllers in C/C++/Python.
• Design flight control laws and assess with nonlinear analysis.
• Validate models against test data and refine simulations.
• Work with VMS and flight-simulation engineers on control laws.
• Support flight testing, HIL, and test planning.
• Lead design reviews, analyses and component testing.
• Train and coach teammates.
