Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior GNC Engineer III for an onsite, 12-month W2 contract to lead guidance, navigation and control system development for aerospace applications, including aircraft, spacecraft, missiles and launch vehicles.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or a Master’s with 6+ years, PhD with 4+ years), active Secret clearance, and proficiency in C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink on Linux; you will mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in aerospace or related field.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance at Secret level.
• Experience with GNC concepts and simulations for aerospace systems.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink in Linux environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, verification, and test of GNC software and 6 DOF simulations.
• Own trajectory analysis, performance metrics, and flight algorithm evaluation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction across teams.
• Collaborate with integration, test, and analysis teams for mission success.
