Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking a senior GME Program Administrator to lead the residency/fellowship program's administrative operations. You will coordinate schedules, curricula, and accreditation activities while liaising with learners, faculty, and the ACGME to ensure compliant, high-quality education.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communications skills, extensive data management, and collaboration with the GME Office to drive program improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Administration or related field.
• Minimum five years in graduate medical education or hospital administration.
• Experience with hospital administrative duties and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative person for the GME residency/fellowship program.
• Oversee daily operations and activities of the GME program(s).
• Liaise with learners, faculty and ACGME; coordinate with program leadership.
• Design and manage administrative/academic operations and policies.
• Manage RMS data, schedules, and work hour reports; support site visits.
