Job summary

VCU Health is seeking a Program Coordinator Senior to support Graduate Medical Education and accreditation processes. You will work with program directors and the Office of GME to ensure programs remain in good standing with ACGME.

The role requires managing recruitment, evaluations, workflow analysis, reporting, and database maintenance across multiple residency and fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program or project management, preferably in supporting an accredited education program.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree as stated in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with trainees, residents, fellows and program directors.
• Recruit trainees and conduct trainee evaluations.
• Analyze administrative workflow and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Compile reports, maintain databases, and manage program communications.
