Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a GM, Member Programs based in the United States for a senior leadership role. You will own the portfolio of member programs across coaching, training, onboarding, and advisory services, driving strategic direction, market-facing profitability, and measurable member outcomes.

This fully remote position focuses on profitability, engagement, and scalable program delivery. You will partner with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales to optimize program performance,

Qualifications

• More than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in business units or programs.
• Extensive experience in franchise/ automotive services or similar multi-location operations.
• Proven ability to achieve strategic and financial objectives through direct leadership and matrixed influence.
• Experience scaling cross-functional multi-program operations and driving organizational change.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting skills.
• Track record of developing and improving products, programs, or services through innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall member-program portfolio with strategy, financial targets, and a roadmap for development.
• Oversee coaching, training, peer groups, onboarding, and advisory services with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop performance frameworks covering financial results, member engagement, and retention impact.
• Establish operating plans, budgets, priorities, and innovation initiatives.
• Implement portfolio scorecards and monthly reviews to drive accountability and improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales to improve profitability and program delivery.
• Drive governance, organizational change, and executive relationships across complex structures.
