Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence by engaging with guests and staff, addressing concerns promptly, and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop a team of 25+ employees per shift, setting performance expectations and providing feedback.
• Maintain accountability for operational standards, addressing performance gaps in guest satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and safety.
• Manage financial performance by adhering to budgetary guidelines, driving efficiencies to increase sales, and minimizing costs across areas.
• Uphold proper administrative duties related to finances, personnel, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
