Premier1 Auto Care's Hollywood Park location seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and build a high-performing team of automotive technicians and service advisors. You will manage workflow across bays, maintain shop readiness, and own store-level P&L in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a track record of leading high-volume shops, strong leadership, and proficiency with Tekmetric or Mitchell 1.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in GM/Shop Manager roles within automotive service or tire settings.
• Proven experience in leading high-volume shops with fast-paced environment.
• Experience motivating teams of technicians and service advisors.
• Strong knowledge of shop workflow, bay scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and KPI tracking.
• Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to de-escalate issues.
• Proficiency with shop management software (Tekmetric/Mitchell 1).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for technicians and service advisors.
• Set clear performance expectations and coach team to meet them.
• Foster a positive, accountable shop culture; conduct regular reviews.
• Manage daily bay scheduling and workload to maximize throughput.
• Monitor car count, cycle times and bay utilization; address bottlenecks.
• Ensure proper triage and prioritization during peak periods.
• Own store-level P&L and KPI reporting; drive sales and productivity.
• Support customer handoffs with accurate write-ups and estimates.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and clean shop environment.
