Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians.
• Drive sales while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
• Schedule and manage shop workflow for maximum productivity.
• Monitor daily sales, labor, gross profit, and KPIs.
• Review repair recommendations for accuracy and value.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and on time.
