Promotive, located in Pomona, CA, seeks an experienced Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor for a fast-paced, production-focused repair shop. You will lead daily operations, manage workflows between service writers and technicians, and sometimes serve as a working advisor to ensure smooth front- to back-of-house coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in service management in a high-volume shop, a proven sales and KPI track record, and strong leadership and communication

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor.
• Experience in a high-volume automotive shop.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Mansioni

• Lead daily shop operations.
• Manage workflow between Service Advisors and technicians.
