Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center including risk management, production and administration
• Develop teammates, monitor client metrics and financial performance, and identify opportunities and trends
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry standards
