Job summary

Premier1 Auto Care's Hollywood Park location is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive shop performance, and manage workflow across the bay with a high-performing team of Automotive Technicians and Service Advisors.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume automotive service settings, strong leadership, P&L understanding, KPI tracking, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a General Manager/Store Manager role within automotive service.
• Proven experience leading and motivating teams of Technicians and Service Advisors.
• Strong understanding of shop workflow management, bay scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Solid grasp of automotive service P&L management and KPI tracking.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive shop performance in a high-volume automotive service center.
• Manage bay scheduling and technician workload to maximize throughput while maintaining quality.
• Partner with Recruiter to source, hire, onboard, and develop staff.
• Own store-level P&L, track KPIs, and develop action plans to hit sales and productivity targets.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA compliance; deliver accurate estimates and customer communication.
