Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Ensure repair work is thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities and trends from monthly metrics.
