Heidrick & Struggles, a leading executive leadership advisory, seeks a Senior Associate to execute the full recruitment lifecycle for technology and AI leadership roles in Miami. You’ll collaborate with Search Partners to identify candidates, map markets, and build pipelines while nurturing client relationships.

In an apprenticeship‑style environment, you’ll gain mentorship, contribute to search strategy, conduct interviews, write assessments, and help deliver high‑impact leadership placements

Qualifications

• 3–6 years professional services or 3+ years recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates.
• Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into accurate insights.
• Experience with AI tools and office software (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Developing position specifications and creating an effective search strategy with the Consultant.
• Conducting industry-specific and client research, mapping the executive talent landscape to provide market insights.
• Assisting Consultants in preparing business development materials for clients.
• Contacting prospective candidates to elicit interest and collect market intelligence.
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Writing candidate assessments and presenting candidates to clients.
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the search life cycle and updating the Consultant.
