• Conduct industry research and map the executive talent landscape to provide market insights.
• Prepare business development materials for prospective and current clients.
• Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest and collect market information.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Write candidate assessments and present candidates to clients.
• Manage candidate relationships through the full search lifecycle.
• Contribute to client relationship management with the Consultant.
