Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. is seeking an Executive Search Senior Associate to support end-to-end recruitment, from candidate identification to placement.

You will work closely with Search Partners and Principals, developing search strategies, mapping talent, and maintaining active candidate pipelines across multiple searches. Responsibilities include interviewing, assessing fit, writing candidate assessments, and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey while nurturing client

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional experience in recruiting or related field.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required, strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop search strategies with consultants and execute recruitment plans.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess qualifications.
• Present candidates to clients and manage relationships through the search lifecycle.
• Support business development and maintain client-ready reports.
