Northern Trust in the United States seeks a senior Talent Management Specialist / Talent Management and Development – Global Practices to design and lead enterprise talent, succession planning, and performance management programs across the organization.

As a strategic individual contributor and program-lead, you will partner with Talent Management leadership, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure change management, executive communications, and data-driven outcomes through Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in talent management or related fields.
• Strong consulting, analysis, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end talent, succession planning, and performance management initiatives from strategy through execution and adoption.
• Partner with Talent Management leadership to shape strategy and priorities.
• Translate strategy into executable frameworks, tools, and operating guidance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and prioritization for teams supporting talent programs.
• Act as SME on talent management to HR Partners and business stakeholders.
• Communicate via compelling materials and decks to clarify intent and drive decisions.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and manage momentum across inputs.
• Navigate ambiguity with sound judgment and bias for action.
