Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience.
• Technology industry recruiting is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for skill sets/candidate profiles around Cloud Service Providers engineering.
• Lead and manage special TA projects for NA and cross-geography initiatives.
• Proactively source candidates using internet resources, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Create and negotiate offers with candidates, including complex compensation, relocation or visa issues.
• Consult with HR Partners across countries on North America hiring processes and standards.
