Job summary

Celonis in Raleigh seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner focused on GTM technical talent. You will guide hiring managers and candidates through full lifecycle recruitment, delivering strategic talent insights to shape our hiring strategy.

You will partner with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and regional leaders, leveraging real-time data from our ATS to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and offers for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Value Engineering roles.

Qualifications

• Background in Technical GTM recruitment with strong communication skills.
• Ability to advise leaders and shape hiring strategies.
• Experience partnering with HR and compensation teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional hiring managers to understand needs and offer strategic recruitment support.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Value Engineering roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social channels, networking, and referrals.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
• Provide market insights and track recruitment metrics for process improvements.
