Qualifications

• Background in Technical / Engineering recruitment
• End-to-end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder collaboration with regional hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic support throughout the recruitment process
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for product management and engineering roles, developing effective sourcing strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and smooth scheduling of interviews
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring decisions and strategy
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and deliver regular updates to management
