Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for its Raleigh office. You will guide hiring managers and candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a strategic advisor with strong market insights to drive talent strategy.

You’ll leverage data from our ATS and reporting tools to plan and execute searches for top GTM technical talent. The role requires partnering across HR, Compensation & Benefits, and stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for product, technology or IT services.
• In-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, candidates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional hiring managers to understand needs and advise on recruitment strategy.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Value Engineering roles.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
• Provide market insights to help hiring decisions and strategy development.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on activities, challenges and successes.
