Responsibilities

• Provide project support for Lenovo Listens, Voice of Employee, Org Assessment & Development.
• Support Skills-Enabled Talent Management and strategic alignment initiatives.
• Assist in change management, workforce planning, and org design initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technical, HR, and business areas.
