Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or Engineering.
• Proven experience with complex analysis, consulting, supply chain, and data analytics.
• Impeccable presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work with sound judgement on stakeholder engagement to drive results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and triage based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-first mindset.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; results-driven.
• Experience managing global supply chains and working with international suppliers/partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationship management across key partnerships and ensure continuity of supply.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize value and monitor compliance with terms.
• Collaborate with demand planning to forecast cylinder battery cell requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and monitor supplier financial stability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align commodity strategy with Engineering, PM, Quality, and Production.
• Drive cost savings through negotiations and process improvements.
• Travel 10-20% to visit suppliers and perform program reviews.
