Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a seasoned Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager to craft and execute the procurement strategy for materials in the Chassis Mechanical system. You will interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery.

The role emphasizes global strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Proven experience with complex analysis, consulting, supply chain, and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with stamping, extrusion, casting, and other supply partners.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to maximize value for Lucid.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Production.
• Travel 10-20% to visit suppliers and perform reviews.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
