Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a seasoned Senior level Global Supply Chain Manager to create and execute the procurement strategy for chassis mechatronics. The Sr.

GSM interfaces with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver world class products on time in a cost-effective manner. The role leads supplier relationships, evaluates performance, negotiates contracts, and drives inventory planning across a global supply base while mitigating risk and ensuring supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with complex analysis, consulting, supply chain, and data analytics.
• Impeccable visual presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working independently with excellent judgement as to when stakeholders should be engaged to drive results.
• Ability to navigate numerous competing priorities and triage priorities according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationships with stamping, extrusion, casting, thermal control, and adhesive suppliers.
• Establish KPIs to measure supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate demand planning and inventory optimization with suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and manage cost reductions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, program management, quality, and production.
• Travel 10–20% to visit suppliers and conduct program reviews.
