Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a seasoned Sr. level Global Supply Chain Manager to create and execute the procurement strategy for materials going into our Chassis Mechatronics.

The role interfaces with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will drive the global supply chain strategy across the product life cycle, support cross-functional teams during development and industrialization, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or Engineering
• Proven experience with complex analysis, consulting, supply chain, and data analytics
• Impeccable visual presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working independently with excellent judgement as to when stakeholders should be engaged to drive results
• Ability to navigate numerous competing priorities and triage priorities according to business needs

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationship development and performance evaluation.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to maximize value.
• Coordinate inventory and demand planning with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and drive cost reductions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing to align commodity strategy.
• Drive cross-functional meetings and decision-making across projects.
